Maurizio has a background in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in robotics, at Politecnico di Torino, an MBA at Bocconi University and +35 years of working experience.
Maurizio began his career at Olivetti Computers and after his MBA he spent 12 years at strategy houses (AT Kearney, Bain & Co) and other 21 years as a partner at KPMG Advisory with a particular focus on M&A and on the Fashion & Luxury business sector.
During +30 years of consulting services, Maurizio has led commercial and operational due diligence assignments, corporate strategy projects, cross-border mergers, turn-arounds, business separations, several national and international corporate reorganizations, restructuring operations, business modelling and challenging for financing purposes, international expansion assistance.
He has been working in the F&L industry since 1999 and he has been Head of Fashion & Luxury practice at KPMG Advisory.
